Diversity Leadership Outreach

Working Together to Build a more Vibrant and Healthy Community

The Diversity Leadership Outreach Program promotes and supports leadership development in the field of diversity and community integration by building on the assets and capacities within individuals, community organizations, government departments and other service providers.

The program engages immigrants and Canadian- born community members to work together through education and leadership development to realize that diversity is vital for personal, social and economic growth. The program offers learning opportunities for intercultural growth and community integration.
