Newcomer Profiles
Newcomer Profiles - WINS (Work in Nova Scotia) is a bridging program provided by ISIS that helps newcomers to Nova Scotia reach their employment goals. In this brochure, you will meet a number of immigrants who have chosen to come and to settle here in Nova Scotia. They have all, in their own way, faced challenges in finding work but they were able to take advantage of the WINS program and are now working in their field in Nova Scotia, contributing to our economy and to our community.

You can customize the WINS program to your own needs. The WINS model of service delivery is not a "one size fits all" approach. Each newcomer develops their own individual bridging program.
